• Assist in managing and posting content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Help create and curate engaging content, including graphics, captions, and videos, that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Assist in implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activities to suggest new content ideas and strategies.
• Track social media performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build an active online community.
• Work with the design and content teams to ensure posts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships to expand our social media reach.
• Support with social media content calendar management and scheduling.
