Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media & Google Ads Expert with strong hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns targeting the USA market.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads, along with strong knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
  • Develop and execute ad strategies targeting the US audience.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong ROI / ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide weekly and monthly reports.

  • Tracking & Technical Expertise

    Hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Pixel
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Conversion and event tracking

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Funnel tracking and attribution models
  • UTM parameter setup
  • CRM integration with ad platforms
  • Lead tracking and lead quality analysis

  • Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in paid advertising
  • Proven experience running campaigns targeting the USA market
  • Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
  • Experience managing B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work full-time from office in Hyderabad
