We are seeking a highly skilled **Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (All Rounder)** who has a strong understanding of end to end digital marketing and a proven ability to generate **international B2B leads** .

The primary focus of this role is **not just posting content** , but **driving high-quality international leads** for accounting, bookkeeping, and back office services targeting markets such as the **USA, UK, Australia** , and other global regions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and grow presence across **LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms**
• Develop, plan, and execute **comprehensive marketing strategies**
• Handle **SEO** , **Google Marketing** , and overall digital performance efforts
• Run **lead generation campaigns** (critical requirement)
• Create engaging content including **posts, reels, videos, and informational material**
• Convert inquiries into **qualified leads**
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better results
• *Must Have**
• **4+ years of experience** in digital marketing
• Bachelor s degree or Masters degree in **Marketing** , **Digital Marketing** , **Communication** , **Business Administration** , or a related field
• Strong **all-rounder** with hands-on experience in multiple digital domains
• Proven background in **B2B marketing or lead generation**
• Excellent communication skills and strong content understanding
• Ability to think strategically and execute with precision
