​Job Overview

​Bolt EV is looking for a creative, "digitally native" intern to help us become the most talked-about EV rental service in Indore. If you know how to make a reel go viral, how to rank a business on Google, and how to write in "Hinglish" that connects with the youth, this role is for you.

​Key Responsibilities

​Instagram Mastery: Create, edit, and post 3–4 high-quality Reels per week. This includes filming at the Nipania hub, interviewing riders, and using trending Indori music/slang.

​Google Business Profile (SEO): Help us manage and increase our Google Reviews. You will be responsible for encouraging happy riders to leave 5-star reviews and responding to them creatively.

​Local SEO: Optimize our Google Maps listing with fresh photos of our fleet and deployment centers to ensure we show up when people search for "EV rental near me."

​Community Engagement: Respond to DMs and comments in a fun, helpful tone.

​Content Calendar: Plan weekly themes (e.g., "Maintenance Monday" or "Rider of the Week") to keep our feed active.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Video Editing: Proficient in CapCut, VN, or Instagram’s in-app editor.

​Writing: Strong command over Hinglish. You should be able to write captions that sound like a local Indori friend, not a boring corporation.

​SEO Basics: Understanding of how keywords and reviews help a business rank on Google.

​Energy: Must be willing to visit our hubs to capture authentic "behind-the-scenes" content.
