Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Social Media and Customer Service Executive. The role involves managing social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries across platforms, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The individual will also handle customer service management, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, aligning it with the company’s commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle the brand’s Instagram account.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs in a timely manner.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain positive communication and ensure a good customer experience.
  • Monitor messages, comments, and engagement on social media platforms.
