Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute an omnichannel content calendar across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts), LinkedIn, and Pinterest to reach a diverse audience.
- Script, film, and edit high-engagement short-form videos focusing on behind-the-scenes "maker" stories and upcycling processes.
- Utilize generative AI tools to scale content production, automate captions, and create experimental creative campaigns while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, implement "Social Search" SEO strategies, and ensure products are discoverable through trending algorithms.
- Manage real-time engagement in DMs and comments to foster a community of active brand advocates.
- Use analytics to track performance metrics, report on reach, engagement, and conversion, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualification Required:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within social enterprise, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or video AI, as well as Canva/Adobe Suite and CapCut.
- Strategic mindset aligning viral content with sustainability and empowerment goals.
- Keen visual eye to translate handloom and crochet aesthetics into a digital format.
- Ability to adapt quickly to trends while upholding the "Slow Fashion" ethos.
