Responsibilities

• Ideate and create UGC-style videos (Reels/Shorts) for brand pages.
• Develop and execute guerrilla marketing concepts - street campaigns, public interaction videos, reactions, challenges, mini-PR stunts.
• Shoot in-office content with team, vendors, clients, and props.
• Script and storyboard short videos and hooks.
• Edit videos using CapCut/Reels (including transitions, captions, subtitles, and effects).
• Research viral trends, audio, meme formats and new content ideas.
• Track performance of campaigns and optimise for better reach.
• Support with content during events and on-ground activations.

Requirements

• Experience as a content creator/influencer.
• Photography skills.
• Canva / basic graphic design.
• Public speaking or anchoring skills.
