Our services span Brand Strategy, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Content Development, Customer Engagement, and CX-driven marketing systems.

We are now looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused Content Writer & Social Media Executive who understands both storytelling and performance.

Role Overview

You will work across multiple client accounts and industries, owning content execution, social media operations, campaign support, and strategic coordination.

This role requires a balance of creativity, structure, client handling, and a performance mindset.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement & optimize social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, YouTube, & other platforms.

· Write platform-specific content, including posts, captions, scripts, hooks, and carousel copy.

· Create long-form content, including blogs, newsletters, emailers, and website copy.

· Conceptualize & manage monthly content calendars aligned to brand positioning & business goals.

· Schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos while ensuring consistency and quality control.

· Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare client-ready reports.

· Support influencer identification, outreach, and coordination where required.

· Assist in client communication, presentations, and pitch decks.

· Participate in client shoots and campaign planning sessions.

· Proactively suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and marketing ROI.

· Coordinate internally with designers, performance marketers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery.

Skills & Competencies

· Robust written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling ability.

· Understanding of platform algorithms and content formats.

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.

· Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

· Time management and multitasking capabilities.

· Client handling and relationship management skills.

Experience & Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Journalism or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience with writing content and managing Social Media.

· Agency experience preferred.

· Working knowledge of online marketing channels and trends.
