Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media and Community Building Intern role based in Chhattisgarh, India. The intern will handle day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, managing social media accounts, and engaging with online communities to build a strong online presence. The role will also involve executing digital marketing strategies, supporting marketing communications efforts, and identifying innovative ways to grow the organization's online and community reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and creativity in generating engaging content.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with online audiences.
• Proactive mindset, ability to collaborate on-site, and keen interest in community-building initiatives.
• Experience with analytics tools and understanding of performance metrics is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
