ABOUT US

We are a professional real estate buyers agency representing property buyers across India’s top residential markets including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and key Tier-2 cities. Unlike traditional brokers who work for developers, we work exclusively for buyers, giving them independent research, honest advice, and professional representation at zero cost to them.

We are building one of India’s first serious buyers agency brands and we are growing fast. We need someone who can build our audience online AND turn that audience into real business relationships.

THE ROLE

This is a dual role and that is intentional.

As our Social Media and Business Development Manager, you will own our entire online presence AND be the first point of contact for every lead that comes through it. You will work directly with the founder, manage the content team, and make sure that every follower, every comment, and every DM has a real chance of becoming a client conversation.

This is not a post-and-pray social media job. And it is not a cold-calling BDM job either. It sits right in the middle, where content meets conversion, and that is exactly where the most exciting growth happens.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Social Media

∙ Own the weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp

∙ Brief the founder every week on reel topics, key talking points, and market data before he records

∙ Direct video shoots including positioning, lighting, framing, and on-camera delivery feedback

∙ Brief the video editor on cuts, subtitles, hooks, and text overlays for every reel

∙ Brief the graphic designer on carousels, stat graphics, and report covers

∙ Write all captions, hashtags, and post copy across all platforms

∙ Manage our WhatsApp broadcast list with a maximum of 2 broadcasts per week, always high value

∙ Set up and manage ManyChat automation for comment-to-DM lead capture

∙ Track weekly analytics and report on what worked, what did not, and why

∙ Coordinate release of monthly market reports, city guides, and quarterly intelligence briefs

Business Development

∙ Monitor all DMs and comments daily, respond, qualify, and move leads forward

∙ Book discovery calls between qualified leads and the founder

∙ Maintain and grow our NRI WhatsApp investor groups across UAE, UK, and USA

∙ Build and maintain relationships with developer Channel Partner teams

∙ Attend developer launch events and pre-launch previews on behalf of the agency

∙ Maintain our CRM with every lead tracked and every follow-up logged

∙ Follow up consistently with warm leads who have not yet converted

∙ Identify partnership opportunities including NRI influencers, co-working spaces, and expat communities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

∙ 2 to 4 years of experience combining social media with sales, business development, or client-facing roles

∙ Proven track record of growing a social media account, show us numbers and what drove them

∙ Strong understanding of Instagram Reels algorithm, LinkedIn reach, and YouTube Shorts

∙ Someone equally comfortable writing a caption and closing a conversation in a DM

∙ Experience briefing and directing founders or video creators on camera

∙ Organised, deadline-driven, and commercially minded, you understand that followers mean nothing without conversion

∙ Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

∙ Familiar with CRM tools and scheduling platforms

∙ Basic understanding of Indian real estate is a plus but not mandatory, you must be willing to learn fast

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

∙ Experience managing NRI audiences or diaspora communities online

∙ Existing relationships with developer marketing or CP teams in NCR

∙ Experience with ManyChat or Instagram comment automation

∙ Understanding of real estate investment including corridors, micro-markets, and developer reputation

∙ Experience growing a personal brand or founder-led content channel

WHAT WE OFFER

∙ 40,000 to 70,000 per month based on experience
