Social Commerce Manager

As a Social Commerce Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving the Social Commerce channels targets in terms of Sales Value, ROI, and P&L. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implementing the social-commerce strategy to focus on increasing the adoption of Social Commerce, thereby driving revenues through online and retail sales.
- Driving customer acquisition through digital marketing and ensuring a seamless customer experience online.
- Owning the PPD Social Commerce Platform to ensure that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with the overall brand standards and strategy.
- Creating and maintaining a Social Commerce business plan, including a promotional calendar, product exclusivities, and cross-selling mechanisms.
- Developing relationships with partners to ensure synergies between the brand's activities and partners.
- Utilizing customer data to enhance customer understanding and contribute to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company, including D2C, Category & Retail teams.

Qualifications required for this role:

- Good understanding and sensitivity towards influencer and home furnishing trends.
- More than 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Influencer Marketing, D2C/Ecomm companies.
- Strong understanding of e-Channels business models to drive on-platform visibility.
- Solid experience in Digital marketing, particularly in the areas of Search, Analytics, social media, and Mobile.
- Experience in working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent communication and influencing skills.
