Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and motivated Social Media Optimizer (SMO) to manage social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies, and the ability to convince influencers for brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to social media influencers for collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand visibility
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and performance metrics
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for content planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of SMO, social media platforms, and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and convince influencers for collaborations
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month .
