Alive Facades is a other part of Alive design studio focused on façade design and architectural visualization for residential and commercial buildings. We work with developers and architects to create high-quality façade concepts and realistic architectural renders and take care of the Marketing part.

Role Overview

We are looking for a SketchUp artist who can help develop detailed 3D models for façade design projects. The role is remote and full me. We are open to both beginners and experienced candidates who are detail-oriented and able to work within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate SketchUp 3D models based on drawings and references


• Develop façade elements such as cladding, balcony details, fins, and architectural features


• Maintain organized model structure and layers


• Work closely with the design team to refine façade concepts


• Deliver models within agreed timelines

Requirements


• Basic to advanced knowledge of SketchUp


• Understanding of architectural drawings and façade elements


• Good attention to detail


• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines


• Basic understanding of architectural visualization is a plus

Nice to Have


• Experience with V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion


• Experience working on residential or high-rise building projects
