The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating realistic and detailed sketches for wrapping papers, gift bags, ribbons, and bows. Key Responsibilities:

Creative Sketching:

Develop original, realistic, and intricate sketches, catering to seasonal and market trends.

Transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling artwork.

Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on current design and art trends to incorporate modern and appealing elements into sketches.

Adapt designs to fit both traditional and contemporary styles.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design and production teams to convert sketches into digital formats for production.

Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for new product designs.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure sketches are accurate, detailed, and aligned with the design brief.

Maintain consistency and quality across all artworks.

Support Production:

Collaborate with digital artists and production teams to translate sketches into print-ready designs.

Provide revisions as needed to meet technical or client specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience as a sketch artist, preferably in the paper or giftware industry.

Expertise in realistic drawing techniques and styles.

Strong ability to create detailed sketches of patterns, textures, and objects for packaging products.

Familiarity with design concepts and the ability to work with digital artists for production.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) is a plus.
