Job Title: Site Supervisor – Sports Facility

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor for our sports facility projects. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably within sports infrastructure or civil construction projects. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of civil works and be capable of managing on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations at the sports facility project.
• Monitor and coordinate civil construction activities to ensure work is completed as per project plans and timelines.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Track project progress and report updates to the project management team.
• Ensure proper usage of materials and maintain site records.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical or operational issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in sports facilities, infrastructure, or civil construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and site management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sports facility construction or maintenance (turf fields, courts, tracks, etc.).
• Basic understanding of drawings and project layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
