We are looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead our Sangareddy, Hyderabad facility. What You’ll Do

• Understand & Execute: Meet regularly with clients, vendors, and your team to deeply understand their expectations and preferences, then plan and execute daily operations to hit the mark.
• Support & Develop the Team: Go beyond basic shift planning—actively motivate your workforce, resolve day-to-day floor challenges, and focus on developing their skills for long-term success.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of getting better every day. Use daily operational data to optimize resources, reduce waste, and implement smarter, leaner workflows.
• Provide Clarity to Management: Act as the vital bridge for the company. Give management a transparent, clear picture of site performance, highlighting both wins and areas for improvement.
• Build Partnerships: Act as the friendly, reliable face of the facility. Keep clients happy and coordinate seamlessly with vendors to ensure continuous support.

What You Bring

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in site operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
• The Mindset: A hands-on, approachable problem-solver who thrives on human interaction, continuous improvement and enjoys spending time on the floor rather than just at a desk.
• People Skills: Drive to improve ability to connect with people, motivate a team and communicate warmly with everyone i.e. from floor workers to corporate clients.
• Tech Comfort: Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets to maintain simple dashboards, track resource optimization and report on site progress. Willingness to learn AI tools for speed and accuracy improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
