Job Location: Doon Boulevard Project Site, Dehradun

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance and manpower deployment.
• Maintain site records, measurements and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and project management teams.
• Track material consumption and site logistics.
• Assist in project execution for commercial development and luxury residential projects.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works and site execution.
• Ability to manage contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of BOQ, measurements and billing coordination.
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
