Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive


1. Overview:

The Showroom Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service within our showroom environment. The primary objective of this role is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process to achieve sales targets while promoting brand loyalty and satisfaction.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.

  • Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.

  • Present features and benefits of products and services, guiding customers towards suitable options.

  • Close sales by overcoming objections and addressing concerns.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

  • Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.

  • Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve showroom sales goals and targets.

  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).

  • Strong product knowledge in relevant retail categories (e.g., furniture, home appliances, automotive).

  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.


4. Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom environment.


5. Skills & Experience:
