As we scale our ecommerce business, we are looking for a Shopify CRO, UX/UI & Landing Page Specialist who can continuously improve our website performance through conversion optimization, high-performing landing pages, and SEO-optimized collection pages.

Role Overview

This role focuses on conversion rate optimization, landing page creation, and Shopify merchandising strategy .

You will be responsible for designing high-converting landing pages , improving collection page SEO , and ensuring the Shopify store delivers an exceptional customer experience that drives sales .

This role requires someone who understands ecommerce psychology, UX/UI best practices, CRO strategies, and Shopify merchandising and Social Media Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Landing Page Creation & Campaign Pages
  • Design and build high-converting landing pages in Shopify
  • Develop campaign pages for every seasonal events
  • Create optimized pages for paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
  • Ensure landing pages are designed to maximize conversion rate and engagement

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Continuously improve website performance by optimizing:
  • conversion rate
  • average order value
  • time on site
  • Implement CRO best practices including:
  • trust signals
  • urgency elements
  • product storytelling
  • optimized call-to-action placement
  • Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements to increase sales.

  • Shopify Homepage & Visual Merchandising
  • Refresh homepage layout and content based on:
  • seasonal campaigns
  • trending products
  • merchandising strategy
  • Ensure the website maintains a premium, luxury-inspired brand experience
  • Create sections highlighting key merchandising categories such as:
  • Trending Jewelry
  • Layered Necklace Styles
  • Best-Selling Gifts
  • Jewelry Under $50

  • Collection Page Optimization & SEO (Shopify)

    The specialist will manage and optimize all Shopify collection pages to improve organic search visibility, product discovery, and customer experience.

    Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain SEO-optimized collection pages across the Shopify store.
  • Write short, engaging introductions and descriptions for each collection page to help customers understand the product category and improve search visibility.
  • Optimize collection pages with:
  • relevant keyword targeting
  • structured headings (H1, H2)
  • SEO-optimized titles and meta descriptions
  • Ensure collection pages are structured for both SEO performance and an excellent browsing experience .
  • Implement internal linking between collections and related product categories.
  • Update collection pages regularly based on:
  • seasonal trends
  • new product launches
  • merchandising campaigns.
  • Organize collections to highlight trending styles such as:
  • layered necklaces
  • stackable rings
  • statement earrings
  • giftable jewelry.

  • Expected Outcome

    Each collection page should include:
  • A clear SEO-optimized title
  • A short introduction (2–4 sentences) that improves search rankings and guides customers
  • Proper keyword placement and internal linking
  • Strong merchandising to help customers easily discover products.

  • Performance Optimization
  • Ensure pages are optimized for mobile-first ecommerce experience
  • Improve site speed and loading performance
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages
  • Use analytics to continuously improve user experience and conversion performance.

  • Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Shopify
  • Experience creating high-converting landing pages for ecommerce
  • Proven conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
  • UX/UI understanding for ecommerce websites
  • Knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSS (basic to intermediate)
  • Experience optimizing collection pages for SEO
  • Ability to work with Shopify themes (preferably Minimog or similar )

  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle ecommerce brands
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads landing page optimization
  • Experience using tools such as:
  • heatmaps
  • analytics platforms
  • CRO testing tools
  • Understanding of SEO for ecommerce category pages
  • Understanding of Social Media Marketing and SEO requirements
