Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in Now Assist (Generative AI) implementation. The ideal candidate will independently lead development initiatives, enhance Now Assist capabilities, and serve as a subject-matter expert for AI-driven workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Now Assist (GenAI) features within ServiceNow.
  • Implement GenAI-powered solutions including intelligent workflows, AI search, conversational experiences, and recommendations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams on Now Assist best practices and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Now Assist functionalities and integrations.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to ServiceNow development standards, and effective use of platform capabilities.

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience covering workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform configuration.
  • Mandatory: Strong, demonstrable experience implementing ServiceNow Now Assist Generative AI capabilities.
  • Proven ability to independently lead Now Assist development, enhancements, and end-to-end implementation cycles.
  • Solid understanding of GenAI frameworks, LLM capabilities, AI training models, and prompt engineering within ServiceNow.
  • Experience providing expert consultation, technical direction, and solution recommendations on Now Assist projects.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in relevant modules).
  • Exposure to Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom application development.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
