This is a remote part-time role for an ServiceNow Developer with 10 OR 10+ years of experience, focused on freelance screening of candidates. Knowledge as a technical expertise in the development and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions.

Job description:

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with a focus on ServiceNow customization and integration
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.


• Ideation, design, and development of ServiceNow platform.


• Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow – collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, creating workflows, write JavaScript, customize the UI, and manage groups & roles.


• Manage ServiceNow instances (dev, test, prod) including upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments.


• Coordinate with other ServiceNow resources to define development standards and processes to promote code changes within the instances


• Utilize web services (SOAP and REST), email and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow


• Automation of processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules and technologies as well as managing data using ETL between ServiceNow and other systems


• Analyze user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows


• Proficient in JavaScript, and HTML


• Development of reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools/processes
• • Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services
