Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in at least one or more key ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, SecOps, or CSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements.

Configure and customize modules such as IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), or Customer Service Management (CSM).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, integrations, and service catalog items.

Perform system and application maintenance, including upgrades and patches.

Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.

Document solutions, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Proven hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules:

ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

HRSD (Employee Center, Lifecycle Events)

GRC/IRM (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management)

SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response)

CSM (Case Management, Virtual Agent)

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and development standards.

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.

Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server architecture.

ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., CSA, CIS in specific modules).

Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams.
