Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional who can provide job support for Agent to Agent (A2A) Integrations. This is a part time freelance opportunity for someone with strong hands on experience in ServiceNow integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide job support for ServiceNow Agent to Agent integrations
• Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation tasks
• Guide and support the team in resolving integration related issues
• Share best practices and help complete assigned tasks on time
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team during support sessions

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 2 hours per day

Requirements:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform
• Hands on experience with Agent to Agent integrations
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide clear technical guidance and support
