We are looking for a Service Expert to support and manage software development tools used by engineering teams. The role involves monitoring applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of development platforms.

Experience:3-12 years

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain software development tools and applications.
• Provide technical support and handle service requests from users.
• Support development teams in tool configuration and implementation.
• Perform backup, restore, and ensure system stability and security.
• Provide 2nd level support for application issues and data flow problems.

Key Skills:

JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile Methodology, Application Support.
