Location: Transformer Factory, Kalwa

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across India and internationally

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12-14 years of relevant experience

OR

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute with 8-10 years of experience in Power & HVDC Transformers and Reactors
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of Transformer and Reactors
• Manage task priorities, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
• Address customer complaints during warranty period and support spare parts sales
• Provide back-office support for complaint registration and resolution coordination
• Lead installation and commissioning of equipment up to 500 MVA / 765 kV
• Implement and maintain QMS & EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Conduct NCR analysis and ensure timely CAPA implementation
• Participate in factory quality initiatives and project closure activities
• Supervise site and contractor manpower, ensuring adherence to EHS protocols including PTW and LOTO
• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation as per Siemens and project requirements
• Deliver remote and onsite technical support to customers
• Contribute to process improvements and internal tool development
• Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel extensively
