SEO Manager – Job Description

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic growth for our real estate portal focused on Vrindavan properties, apartments, plots, and investment opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate high-quality property leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research focused on Vrindavan real estate searches.
• Build SEO strategy for property listing pages, blog content, and location pages.
• Optimize website structure for search engine crawling and indexing.

2. On-Page SEO

• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Improve page speed and mobile SEO performance.
• Implement schema markup for property listings.

3. Content Strategy

• Plan and manage SEO-driven content such as:
• Property investment blogs
• Vrindavan locality guides
• Buying guides
• Temple tourism + real estate blogs
• Coordinate with content writers for optimized content.

4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Build high-quality backlinks from:
• Real estate portals
• News websites
• Local Vrindavan directories
• Manage guest posting and PR backlinks.

5. Local SEO

• Optimize Google Business Profiles.
• Rank for searches like:
• “Flats in Vrindavan”
• “Property in Vrindavan near temple”
• “Investment property Vrindavan”
• Manage local listings and citations.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
