Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Wedding Planner who can take complete ownership of wedding projects, manage client relationships, lead vendor negotiations, and ensure flawless execution of high-end weddings. The ideal candidate must be proactive, creative, and able to manage large-scale events with precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into reality.
- Planning & Execution: Create detailed showflows, timelines, hospitality charts, and event run-sheets.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (décor, entertainment, production, hospitality, etc.).
- Budget Management: Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for the company.
- Hotel & Venue Coordination: Liaise with 5-star hotels and venues for bookings, logistics, and guest management.
- Team Leadership: Lead hospitality teams, interns, and on-ground staff during weddings.
- Creative Inputs: Pitch unique ideas and trending wedding concepts to clients.
- Crisis Handling: Handle last-minute changes and on-site problem-solving seamlessly.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates, checklists, and post-event reports to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury wedding planning/event management.
- Strong network and knowledge of vendors, hotels, and venues in Delhi NCR & beyond.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and event-planning software/tools.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and work long hours during wedding projects.

Salary
