Overview of Job

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Web & App Designer with 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in designing user-centric websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in creating aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and functional user interfaces across multiple platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
• * Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to final product.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs for websites and mobile apps.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless integration of designs into functional websites and apps.
• User Experience (UX):
• * Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.
• Develop personas, user stories, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights and feedback.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to align design strategies with business goals.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web and mobile design.
• Mentorship & Leadership:
• * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Lead design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with designing for e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or other complex applications.
• Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Principle) for creating interactive prototypes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of user testing tools (e.g., UsabilityHub, Hotjar) and A/B testing.
