Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.

2. Inventory Control

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss and damage.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

3. Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers or distribution centers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shipment issues.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement workplace safety programs and training.
• Maintain proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

6. Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and delivery times.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
