What you will be working on?

• Lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring visually compelling designs, brand consistency and cohesive storytelling across various mediums.
• Develop brand consistency high-quality visual designs, including digital interfaces, print materials, and multimedia assets, with a focus on aesthetic excellence with visual balance.
• Expertly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Spline 3D to create impactful visuals.
• Craft designs that bring brand narratives to life, grounded in strong design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines and projecting a unified visual identity.
• Incorporate AI-powered design tools, including generative design, AI-assisted prototyping, and automated design workflows, to enhance creative processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Product-Marketing, Developers etc, to deliver seamless and user-focused design solutions.

What we are looking for?

• 7-10 years of professional experience in visual design across digital, print, or multimedia platforms.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms for prototyping and collaboration.
• Strong foundation in design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with branding, UI/UX design, and creating cohesive visual systems for diverse applications.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and the ability to integrate AI-generated assets into creative workflows effectively.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering designs that align with project objectives.
• A portfolio that demonstrates artistic range, storytelling ability, and technical versatility in visual design.

Good To Have Skills

• Experience in motion graphics or animation to enhance visual storytelling.
• Advanced expertise in AI-driven design workflows or emerging design technologies.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire junior designers to foster team growth.
