Hiring: Senior Videographer & Editor (Team Lead)

Role Overview:

Eduflair is looking for a hands-on Senior Videographer & Editor who can lead our video production while actively shooting and editing content. The role requires strong technical expertise, creative storytelling, and the ability to guide junior editors to maintain consistent production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing and social media.
• Edit videos using professional tools, including colour correction, audio syncing, captions, and motion elements.
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels / Shorts) with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Ensure error-free final outputs with correct formatting, captions, and branding.
• Guide and support junior editors to maintain consistent video quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on video concepts and campaigns.
• Maintain organized footage storage, backups, and proper handling of production equipment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in professional videography and video editing.
• Strong hands-on experience in shooting and post-production.
• Ability to guide or mentor junior editors.
• Proficiency in camera handling, lighting and sound.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (other software a plus).
• Strong understanding of short-form social media video formats.
