Job Location Bhopal (Fulltime- onsite)

Salary - 4 to 8 LPA

We're seeking a Senior Video & Graphic Designer with a robust background in digital design, including web design, to drive our digital marketing and social media initiatives. This role requires expertise in design tools like Figma, illustration, photo & Video editing, motion graphics, photography and video shoots and typography, with a keen eye for current social trends.

Edtech Industry experience will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing will also be an added advantage

1. Creative Direction:

Develop and communicate the overall creative vision for marketing campaigns and projects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience.

2. Design Leadership:

Lead a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure the team produces high-quality work.

3. Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand standards across all marketing collateral.

Uphold and enhance the brand's aesthetic integrity in design elements.

4. Conceptualization and Ideation:

Generate innovative and impactful ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

5. Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final production.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to align creative concepts with marketing objectives. Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when necessary.

7. Visual Design:

Create visually stunning designs for digital and print assets, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.

8. Trend Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.

Knowledge / Education
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, premier pro), Figma, and CorelDRAW.
  • Solid grasp of user psychology, applying insights to design choices that improve user interaction and satisfaction across all platforms.
  • Awareness of the latest design trends and approaches, ensuring that all creative assets are cutting-edge, visually appealing, and aligned with current best practices in design and branding.
  • Conceptualize and design landing pages, brochures, flyers, leaflets, social media graphics, and event and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admissions, faculty) to create designs that support key campaigns and engage target audiences.
