Role Overview:

We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant – Team Lead with up to 5 years of experience in the travel industry to drive trip bookings while leading a team of travel sales executives. This role will focus on converting leads, guiding travelers through the booking journey, and ensuring the team consistently achieves sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of travel sales executives to drive trip bookings
Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Guide travelers through trip itineraries, pricing, and booking processes
Ensure a seamless and positive booking experience for customers
Track team performance and ensure sales and revenue targets are met
Mentor and support team members in sales conversations, objection handling, and lead management
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creator teams to optimize trip conversions
Maintain CRM records, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:
Experience: Up to 5 years in travel sales / travel consulting / travel business development
Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
Ability to work towards sales, booking, and revenue targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Interest in experiential travel and community-led trips
