About the Role:

EN Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to drive client acquisition, manage sales channels, and expand partnerships in Karachi and Sindh. This role includes team management, lead generation, and onboarding new universities and institutions to our pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and manage sales targets
• Lead generation and market expansion
• Manage and train Business Development Officers
• Build partnerships with schools, academies, and institutions
• Manage university channels and onboard new partners
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead quality
• Track leads, follow-ups, and performance reports

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Experience in sales, business development, or travel consultancy preferred
• Strong communication and client management skills
