Key Responsibilities

• Maritime Operations (Core):
• Optimize and streamline workflows across maritime teams to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular process audits and “stress tests” to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in vessel handling and documentation.
• Manage team bandwidth to ensure timely completion of high-priority tasks, such as urgent port clearances.
• Maintain and track detailed performance dashboards, including daily operational metrics and team KPIs.
• Process Improvement:
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process enhancement.
• Marketing Support:
• Oversee the creation of technical marketing materials, such as service capability documents and operational case studies.
• Ensure all outputs (reports, emails, documentation) align with the company’s professional brand standards.
