Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Steward located in Dehradun. The Senior Steward will be responsible for overseeing customer service, managing day-to-day food service operations, ensuring food and beverage standards are met, and training junior staff. The role involves maintaining hygiene and quality standards, assisting in event preparations, and working closely with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with a focus on guest satisfaction and effective interpersonal interactions.
• Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge and service standards.
• Experience in Food Service, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring food quality and safety.
• Proven ability to train and support junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service roles is highly desirable.
