Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SQA experience supporting BI / analytics or data warehousing platforms
Hands-on experience testing Power BI reports and dashboards, including validating metrics and visuals against source data.
Working knowledge of data warehouse concepts (fact tables, staging layers, ETL/ELT flows).
Strong SQL(sql server) skills for data validation and reconciliation of reporting discrepancies.
Experience writing and executing test cases and performing regression testing for reports and datasets.
Strong documentation and issue tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple reports and open defects simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.)
Experience working within Manufacturing Execution Systems
SQL query writing ability
Experience using Jira for defect tracking
Experience working in structured SDLC environments
Job Description

Seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Tester to support a critical system migration within their Manufacturing Execution System (MES) reporting environment.

The team is transitioning from a legacy platform to a new system with a targeted go-live by the end of August.

Due to increased workload, the team needs an experienced SQA resource to assist with testing, validation, documentation, and defect management across 15–20 business-critical Power BI reports.
This is a fast-moving engagement requiring someone who can ramp quickly and operate independently in a structured, regulated environment.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
