About the Role • Hiring a Senior Software Testing Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience • Responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of mobile and web applications • Test Android and iOS mobile applications and web applications (MERN stack) • Applications are developed by React Native, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB teams • Own test planning, execution, defect tracking, and release sign-off Mandatory Skills (Not Negotiable) • Strong experience in manual testing of: • Android mobile applications • iOS mobile applications • Web applications • Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals (SDLC, STLC, test types) • Ability to write clear test scenarios, test cases, and test data • Proven experience in bug reporting and tracking with detailed steps, screenshots, and logs • Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman • Good working knowledge of JSON request/response validation • Proficiency in data validation, including: • Validating data across UI, APIs, and databases • Writing SQL queries for verification • Experience in report testing, including: • Validation of graphs, charts, dashboards, and tabular reports • Verification of data accuracy, filters, calculations, and exports • Proficiency in Excel for: • Test data management • Defect reporting and QA metrics • Experience with bug tracking / project management tools(Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.) • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Key Responsibilities • Test Android and iOS mobile applications for functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance • Test web applications (MERN stack) across browsers and devices • Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and execution reports • Perform manual testing (smoke, regression, sanity, exploratory) • Identify, log, track, and verify defects with expected vs actual behavior • Perform API testing and validate backend integrations • Conduct end-to-end data validation across UI, APIs, databases, and reports • Validate reports and dashboards for correctness and consistency • Ensure UI/UX accuracy against designs and business requirements • Collaborate closely with developers, product, and design teams • Support UAT, release validation, and production sanity testing Good to Have • Basic understanding of JavaScript for testing MERN stack applications • Exposure to automation testing tools(Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, Playwright) • Experience testing React Native applications • Familiarity with Figma for UI validation • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release workflows Preferred Candidates • Candidates with hands-on or growing experience in test automation • Experience in designing, executing, or maintaining automation test suites • Strong interest in transitioning from manual testing to automation-focused roles What We Offer • Opportunity to work on impactful web and mobile products • Collaborative work culture with learning and growth opportunities • Competitive salary with performance-based growth Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
