Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong SAP project delivery expertise to lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining defined timelines, scope, governance, and SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead SAP implementation, migration, or support projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project plans, workflows, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and quality standards.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status reviews, reporting, and steering committee meetings.
• Align stakeholder expectations with project objectives and delivery plans.

SLA, Change & Risk Management

• Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for project deliverables and support services.
• Manage change requests, scope modifications, and impact assessments through a structured change management process.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery issues, and manage team or stakeholder conflicts effectively.

Planning, Estimation & Resource Management

• Participate in effort estimation, resource planning, and project costing.
• Review technical and functional estimates provided by SAP consultants.
• Ensure efficient utilization of project resources and delivery alignment.

Solution Design & Architecture Collaboration

• Collaborate with SAP Solution Architects and Technical Leads during the design and implementation phases.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.
• Review high-level architecture and implementation approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in SAP environments.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations (ECC to S/4HANA), or support engagements.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Expertise in stakeholder management, SLA governance, risk management, and change management.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience managing remote or global project teams.
