Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to design, develop, and optimize CRM Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce data models, analytics tools, and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance of analytics solutions
• Provide training and guidance on CRM Analytics tools and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics features

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models
• Proficiency in SAQL/SQL and data transformations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Salesforce certifications (CRM Analytics / Einstein Discovery Consultant)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and tools
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
