Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for developing sales pipelines, identifying prospective clients, building strong client relationships, and closing real estate deals. The role also involves presenting properties to clients, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to provide strategic sales insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation
• Strong Communication, Customer Relationship Management, and Interpersonal Skills
• Understanding of the real estate market and property-related trends
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Experience in real estate sales or related industries is a plus
