Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive located in Kolkata, Raniganj, Siliguri, Guwahati, Dhanbad, Patna, Purnia, Bhubaneswar & Cuttack, Jharsuguda & Sambalpur, Raipur & Ambikapur. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets effectively. The role involves collaborating with various teams, presenting marketing strategies, and identifying potential business partnerships to drive growth and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on meeting targets and developing strategies
• Ability to analyze market scenarios and develop actionable insights
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends and experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM software is desirable
