Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance activities for fintech products (payments, banking, financial platforms).
- Design, execute, and maintain functional and automation test scripts.
- Implement and manage automation testing using Selenium with Java.
- Perform thorough functional testing with a strong focus on edge cases and negative scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure reliable and timely releases.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to junior QA team members.
- Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Support basic performance testing activities and identify potential bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

- Strong hands-on expertise in functional testing.
- Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java.
- Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Prior experience in fintech or financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate failure points, risks, and edge cases.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and take ownership of QA processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
