Role Overview : As Senior QA Engineering Lead Frontend & Middleware , you will own the quality architecture, automation strategy, and testing standards for our React-based frontend platform and Node.js middle layer services.This is a technical leadership role, not manual testing. You will design scalable test frameworks, automation pipelines, and workflow validation strategies while leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.You will partner closely with Frontend (React), Backend (Node.js), Data, and AI teams to ensure quality is built into the platform, not inspected after delivery.What You Will Own : - Quality strategy for React frontend and Node.js APIs- Automation frameworks for UI, API, and workflow testing- Frontend and middleware quality standards and best practices- CI/CD quality gates and release readiness- Technical leadership and growth of the QA engineering teamKey Responsibilities : Quality Architecture & Strategy (Frontend & Middleware) : - Define and own the quality engineering architecture for React and Node.js layers- Establish standards for UI testing, API testing, and integration testing- Design quality strategies aligned with modular frontend frameworks and service-based APIs- Define test coverage models across frontend components, APIs, and workflows- Act as the technical authority for quality decisions related to frontend and middlewareFrontend (React) Quality Engineering : - Design and implement frontend automation frameworks for React applications- Validate modular UI components, shared libraries, and design systems- Ensure correctness of global configurations (theming, permissions, feature flags)- Test complex, data-driven UI workflows and state transitions- Partner with the React Lead to improve testability and frontend reliabilityMiddleware & API Testing (Node.js) : - Design and own API testing frameworks for Node.js services- Validate REST/GraphQL APIs, request/response contracts, and error handling- Implement contract testing and integration testing patterns- Ensure correctness of orchestration, async flows, and service interactions- Validate security, authorization, and role-based access behaviors at the API layerWorkflow & End-to-End Validation : - Design tests for end-to-end business workflows spanning UI ?
