QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We’re looking for a QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing to support our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual and automated tests for Salesforce FSC features.
- Build and maintain automation scripts using Copado Robotic Testing.
- Work with product and development teams to validate user stories in Jira.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects to closure.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of QA experience.
- Strong manual testing skills and exposure to automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce (FSC preferred).
- Hands-on with Jira.
- Positive communication and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
