Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute automated and manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers in the execution of various testing processes and methodologies.

• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand features and functionality prior to testing phases.

• Identify, record, and track bugs and defects in a timely manner using appropriate defect tracking tools.

• Conduct regression tests and performance testing to ensure product reliability and quality after changes have been made.

• Help to establish QA best practices, standards, and processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Generate comprehensive test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders to enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior QA Tester or similar role within a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG is highly preferred.

• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is an advantage.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
