Role Description

You’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the agency’s growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Leadership
Lead PR strategy and execution for a portfolio of key clients
Act as the primary client contact—owning communication, trust, and results
Translate business objectives into compelling PR narratives and campaigns

Media Relations & Storytelling
Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists, editors, and creators
Identify newsworthy angles and proactively pitch stories across print, digital, broadcast & social
Secure high-quality media coverage and speaking opportunities

Campaign Planning & Execution
Conceptualize and lead integrated PR campaigns, launches, and events
Oversee press materials: press releases, media kits, pitch notes, bios, and op-eds
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Team & Agency Growth
Mentor and manage Account Managers / Executives
Review and elevate writing quality across the team
Contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and agency positioning

Requirements
5 years of experience in PR, communications, or media (agency experience preferred)
Proven success in securing national / top-tier media coverage
Strong media network across lifestyle, business, fashion, entertainment, or relevant beats
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
Confident communicator with robust client-facing presence
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Experience managing people and multiple accounts simultaneously
