The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering integrated communication strategies that support business priorities, strengthen reputation, and drive stakeholder engagement. The role will lead the planning and execution of internal and external communications across multiple channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling storytelling aligned with the organizationu2019s purpose and brand narrative.
This role will work closely with senior leadership and crossu2011functional teams to translate complex initiatives into impactful communications, manage key announcements and campaigns, and support leadership visibility. A strong focus will be placed on content strategy, channel optimization, measurement of impact, and continuous improvement through insights and analytics.
Given the globalu2011local nature of corporate communications, the role will ensure strong local relevance while aligning with global frameworks and priorities, enabling effective rollout and adoption of enterprise initiatives. The manager will also contribute to operational excellence by strengthening communication processes, governance, and agency collaboration, while proactively supporting reputation management and issue preparedness.

External Communications & Media Engagement
Execute integrated external communication campaigns across earned and paid media.
Support issues and reputation management through scenario planning and responsive communications.
Content & Messaging
Develop highu2011quality communication assets such as press releases, key messages, Q&As, briefing documents, and reactive statements.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with corporate narrative, tone, and regulatory requirements.
Provide local market insights to support global communication strategies and announcements.
Contribute to strong communication governance, review processes, and operational excellence.
Measuring Communication Impact
Track, analyse, and report on communication outcomes to inform insights and continuous improvement.
Help embed a measurementu2011led approach to demonstrate the impact of communications.

6+ years of experience in Corporate Communications / Public Relations , ideally in a complex or matrixed organisation.
  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Communications, Media, or a related field (Masteru2019s degree preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of the Indian media landscape .
  • Proven experience in media relations and delivering highu2011impact external communications.
  • Experience in CSR communications is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
  • Role requires working from the office at least four days a week
