- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) & Salesforce Certified Platform developer I/II are highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Masters degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and project management frameworks.
