Company: HSV.digital Location: Remote (Must align with US time zone working hours) Salary Range: 12-25 LPA (Commensurate with experience & seniority) Immediate to 15 days We are looking for talent across two distinct seniority tiers: Senior Program Manager-1: 12-17 LPA Senior Program Manager-2: 18-25 LPA (Requires extensive experience in strategy and global partner management) About HSV Digital HSV Digital is a go-to-market (GTM) and growth advisory firm working with global technology companies, Microsoft partners, SaaS firms, and enterprises. We design high-impact GTM narratives, enterprise marketing assets, and AI-led enablement experiences. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager to drive the success of partner initiatives and complex GTM projects. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that align with our clients' strategic goals. This role requires a blend of project management rigor, B2B marketing savvy, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Define program objectives, develop detailed specifications, create comprehensive project plans and maintain project trackers. ~ Ensure timely delivery of high-quality program by coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks. Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis. ~ Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. ~ Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. ~ CRM, marketing automation). Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos. ~ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred ~4-7+ years of experience in Senior program management. Partner management experience would be a plus. ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. ~ Familiarity with Microsoft solutions and products would be desirable but not necessary
